The Acapulco Gold is a dirt-simple distortion Device modeled after the sound of a cranked vintage Model T amplifier, bringing the openness, clarity, and crunch that only a dimed tube amp can provide, at a fraction of the size, and without expensive maintenance costs! Since tone is in the hands, we decided to keep the controls of the Acapulco Gold as simple as possible. The footswitch turns the pedal on and off, and the giant knob controls the output volume. That’s it. The rest is at your fingertips. Want less gain? Turn down your guitar’s volume knob. Need a darker rhythm tone? Roll back your guitar’s tone control. Easy, right?

The Afterneath sounds a lot like it looks – a wizard bursting forth from ethereal cave and ready for the ambient battle. You are the wizard – or sorceress, if you prefer – and the cave is your instrument’s signal, vast, expansive, and magical. Do you go inside? Roll a D20 to proceed! Once inside, a reflection of light from an unknown source catches your eye, and you notice a bizarre sheen on the walls of the cave. You timidly inch closer to the walls of the cave. Placing your hand gently on the cavern wall, you feel the rock move. The cave is alive! Alarmed, you emit a loud gasp, which reverberates throughout the subterranean landscape. Upon further listening, it appears as though the reverberations of your voice are in fact a swarm of short digital delays which may be used to create wild and cavernous reverbs, or scattered, short, rhythmic delays with bizarre characteristics.

The Astral Destiny is a compact and powerful modulated octave reverb pedal that features 8 reverb modes with 8 editable presets, assignable expression control, tails for natural reverb decay when the effect is bypassed and a super cool stretch feature that doubles the length of the reverb while adding an adjustable pitch bending effect.

The Avalanche Run is a dreamy stereosonic exploratory multi-tool that includes up to 2 seconds of delay time, reverse delay, tap tempo with subdivision control, switchable true bypass or buffered bypass with 5 different tail lengths (including a sound-on-sound style lo-fi looping mode) and an assignable expression control that maps the expression jack to a control of your choice, including the toggle! The delay section allows tweaking from tape emulation to bucket brigade styles with a twist of the wide-range Tone control. The cavernous, plate-style reverb has just a touch of modulation similar to the one found in our precious Dispatch Master only more lush with an adjustable Decay. Otherworldly reverse delay and dynamic swelling reverb settings are accessible through a 3-way toggle switch. And that’s just the beginning...  

The Bit Commander is a monophonic analog guitar synthesizer with four octaves of vintage square wave synth tones. Its no-nonsense interface makes it easy to add or subtract octaves to create a wide variety of sounds without having to dial in envelopes or oscillators. The Data Corrupter is a monophonic analog harmonizing PLL with modulation. It takes your input signal and brutally amplifies it into a crushing square wave fuzz tone that is then multiplied, divided and modulated to create a wild, yet repeatable, three-voice guitar synthesizer. The Master Oscillator is the central nervous system at the heart of the Data Corrupter’s cyberpunk hive mind. It feeds your input to the signal harvester in its original octave (Unison), one octave down (-1) or two octaves down (-2) for maximum compatibility with your preferred instrument and frequency register. Once you’ve chosen your input octave, then the Data Corrupter will perform its calculations and spit out an analog synthesized frequency, which can be pitch-bent for portamento or vibrato sounds by the Frequency Modulator! From there, you can blend in one of eight Subharmonic intervals up to three octaves below the input and mix in a square wave fuzz tone for maximum data corruption.

There's something in the water at California's Rancho De La Luna, something that sounds like the EarthQuaker Devices Dirt Transmitter Rancho De La Luna Fuzz. This limited release from Akron's favorite effect wizards is a fuzzy oasis in a desert of tone, so come to the water and take a swig. In 2023, EQD founder Jamie Stillman visited Rancho De La Luna, the famed recording studio of guitarist and producer Dave Catching. An alumnus of Eagles of Death Metal and Queens of the Stone Age, Catching operates Rancho De La Luna in Joshua Tree, California. Stillman jumped at the chance to go and ended up using one of EQD's oldest effects, the Dirt Transmitter. The Transmitter originally shipped in 2008 with three controls for harnessing its Fuzz Face-style tone. Today's Dirt Transmitter features a new, fourth control, Bias, that starves the circuit for a chokey, sputtering sonic profile. One thing that elevates this Dirt Transmitter is its use of EQD's rare silicon transistors that behave similarly to germanium. Running the gamut between Velcro-ripping wildness and subdued overdrives, the Dirt Transmitter is a knockout fuzz effect that can achieve so many different highs. The Dirt Transmitter, a standby in EarthQuaker's catalog until 2017, is back in full Rancho De La Luna fashion for the players of today for a limited time. As a classic for EQD fans revived for today, the Dirt Transmitter Rancho De La Luna is a wonderfully versatile and expressive fuzz circuit in iconic EarthQuaker fashion.

Gary started as a simple request to create a compact version of the now discounted  Gary Channel. Which was a mainstay on Lee's board and big part of his main drive tone.This was all fine and good, and sounded quite sick, but Gary was demanding that we look deeper and explore his dark side a little more.Gary after dark, Saturday night Gary. So we sat him down and began the trek of figuring old Gare-Bear out once and for all. The results a real exercise in light and dark; smooth too shredded and everything in between.
